I have a Compaq nx6320 Laptop. It has 1.73 GHz Celeron M Processor, 945GM Motherboard & 768 MB DDR2 RAM @ 400 MHz. Since, two days, i've encountered a problem. When i move my laptop, with a single bump, it restarts. Before restarting, it shows a long message of hardware error with a blue background. What is the problem with it? Sometimes i also see lines on my LCD Screen while shifting/moving laptop.

Some problem may be there with Hard disk. I had heard that desktops may malfunction if CPU is moved while hard disk is being used but not abt laptops

Can this be a RAM Problem? I have 2 modules. One RAM's lock is not working.
But, still.. one year had past and never had this problem before.

This is almost surely a hard disk drive issue. Make sure you backup everything important - just in case.

And get your HDD checked.

This is most probably problem of your RAM. (Blue Screen of Death)
I think RAM has become loose or some other problem related to RAM.

But as aryayush suggested, backup your hard disk drive.
