Laptop of around 35 to 40k

I want to buy a laptop which is good in every respect. I have a blance of 30 to 40 thoushand.The balance can be extended by 5k. I want something with good sound quality, good display, 2 to 3gb of ram, at least 250 gb hdd. I want help from experts plz

if you can go for 42-43k , the dell studio 15 will be the best option.
it currently beats all the hp models. got ati 4570 256 mb gddr3

Else you can have alook at zenith director plus ultra laptop @ 43k with a 9600gs
