Laptop/Netbook just to browse internet and for some music for my sister

guys please help me to find a netbook for my sis.
Budget: As low as possible should be under 15K ( Cause nothing lasts more than 3 months with her)
Use: browsing internet and some music.
Cd drive: not necessary but must be able to handle windows 7.

Better get her a Nexus 7 (2013) or Moto G/ Xperia SP for the uses you mentioned. a 15k laptop isn't worth investing IMO.

Maybe try looking at a second hand laptop.
