Laptop from US < 50K

My friend will be carrying a laptop for me in August. My budget is 45-50K Rs. (to be converted into $ in India, including exchange rates etc)

Requirements :

minimum 6-8 GB RAM
Decent capacity Hard disk ~ 750gb to 1TB
Extra battery (8-9 hrs)... is that 9cell battery?
Screen size 12-14 inch
Decent display and sound (no gaming but will be watching movies on it with headphones on a very regular basis)

Please suggest some good models (I am a dell fan but open for other options) and deals on net (US sites).

Budget is strictly under 50k. Cant extend it even a bit.

What you get in IB:

• HD4000, most significant thing in IB. Leaves all mediocre dGPUs in dust.
• A bit of TDP saving !?!
• Marginally better battery life
