Broken In
I need a laptop to serve as a replacement for my desktop, since I'm going to be working on the move now.

1) BUDGET
60k-70k

2) SCREEN SIZE, RESOLUTION, FINISH
Screen - 15"+
Resolution - >1366x768 (so 1600x900 or higher)
Finish - non-shiny

3) BRAND PREFERENCES
None

4) PRIMARY USE
Graphic designing (photoshop + coreldraw)

5) ANYTHING ELSE
I won't be using it for gaming, it's for work only.
I'd like 8 gb of RAM ideally (6 will do if 8 is out of my budget).
I'm not interested in a Mac.

Looking around and reading the forums here, I'm assuming it boils down to a two-way contest between Samsung NP550 and Dell Inspiron SE series:

Samsung NP550P5C-S01IN (NP550P5C-S01IN - OVERVIEW | SAMSUNG India)
Samsung NP550P5C-S02IN (NP550P5C-S02IN - OVERVIEW | SAMSUNG India)

Dell Inspiron 15R SE (New! Inspiron 15R Special Edition Laptop Details | Dell India)
Dell Inspiron 17R SE (Inspiron 17R Special Edition Laptop Details | Dell India)

I'm posting in here to check if there's any other brand/model I've missed, and if not, which one of these is the best buy.

Thanks!

Dell Inspiron 15R SE with core i7, 8GB RAM and full HD 1080p anti glare screen.

Avoid nvidia geforce laptops because they have only great gaming graphics performance, not impressive performance in editing and designing like in radeon GPU of dell inspiron 15R SE
