Want to buy laptop for my mother

uses are only general uses, internet surfing .. horoscope working ..and watching movies some basic work and documents..

Thin and Light; 12" - 14" screen
Mainstream; 15" - 16" screen




3) What are the primary tasks you will be performing with this notebook?
Internet Surfing + horosccope working


5) Any typical configuration in your mind you're eying for ?
i3 / i5 + 4gb/8gb + 1tb + no graphics


4) Are there any brands that you prefer or any you really don't like?
any company will do at that price range but try for dell hp


6) Anything else you would like to say?
Screen resolution - preferable full hd 1080 highest at this range but that may not be possible so next is hd only
Battery back up - if extended battery pack comes then preferable
Purchase place - online or locally only

p.s.
The laptop may also be used by my brother for his college work also ..he has given the aipmt exam recently..
