Laptop for Architectural Use

Hey Guys pls suggest a Laptop for Architectural Use..
Requirements: Should be able to handle moderate to high graphics programs like autocad, revit, photoshop. If possible also 3DS Max.
Budget: around 70K
Brand: Dell (open to other brands also)
Purchase : Immediate

Those programs & rendering require more CPU power than GPU one

I'll suggest Asus GL552JX from Paytm (after cashback of around 10k effective price is 65k) or Asus R510JX (costs 65k, will cost less if bought from Paytm). Both of them have quad core 4th gen i7, compared to dual core i7 in Dell & HP laptops.
