Please suggest me some laptops for 65k, preferably dell. Also suggest a PC config for the same amount. Its needed for a friend and she is an architecture student. Please suggest asap. Its urgent.

can't say about laptop, but for PC here it goes:
Phenom II X6 1055T 2.8GHz @ 10.5k (usual market price)
MSI 890GXM-G65 @7k
Corsair 4GB DDR3 1333MHz C9 @ 5k
Western Digital Caviar Black 500GB + Green 500Gb @ 4.5k (2 HDDs will increase system performance in a huge way)
Zotac GTX460 1GB GDDR5 @ 14k or Sapphire HD5850 1GB GDDR5 @ 15.5k (getting a pro card within this budget hard)
Corsair VX550W @ 4.7k
Cooler Master 430 @ 2.8k
Dell ST2410 24" FULL HD @ 13k
APC 800Va @ ~4k
Logitech Keyboard & Mouse @ 0.7k (can go for better ones as precision matters)
Total: 66.2-67.7k. Expect to pay between 66k & 68k.
To reduce price:
1. get a single HDD but try get the Black.
2. get the GTX460 768Mb from Zotac.
3. get the Corsair VX450W (don't go for other PSU even if rating high. won't handle this rig under load).
4. get a slightly cheaper cabinet. but better don't.
5. get 22" monitor from Benq or Dell. though for architectural work 24" suites best.
