Laptop buying advice for professional needs - around 35k

Hi All, I am looking for a laptop for my professional needs costing around 35k, max upto 40k.
Preferring to buy a laptop with 3r gen Intel processors. Please suggest a good laptop in this range which will suit the below requirements.

1) What is your budget? (INR or USD)
INR 35000-40000

2) What size & weight consideration (if any) would you prefer?
14 or 15 inch. (14" is more preferable)

3) Are there any brands that you prefer or any you really don't like?
a. Like: No specific liking
b. Dislike: HP

4) What are the primary tasks will you be performing with this notebook?
- Programming, Multimedia works.
- Web surfing
- Occasional gaming (NFS Prostreet, FIFA)

5) Anything else you would like to say? (eg: local purchase, ASS,matte/glossy finish)
- good battery life
- reliability and good customer support.

Haven't seen any samsung lappy around. Have any idea how Samsung fares on service support and reliability?

service center for Samsung laptops have dumb CC, they will troll you if you ask them any questions regarding laptop.

They just know one thing to correct your problem and it is only fresh instalation of window.
