hi，guys and girls, i just bought a laptop a couple days ago, sadly to sya that the battery doesn't charge past 45% and then shuts down without any warning,. I am frustrated and wonder if i have got a dead battery? Any symptoms will indicator that your battery have suffer from failure? This happened spontaneously, quite literally. I received the notification from the computer when i am in the middle of working(I can't remember what exactly it said, but the computer shuts down later).
why my laptop is acting this way? Anyone know the solution to solve this problem? any help will be greatly appreciated.
In addition, if i got a bad battery and need a new one, where should i go to buy? Ebay is out of my consideration. my friend recommend me a website , but i have no idea if it is trusted by us.....
