Laptop around 35K

My requirements - i5 3rd Gen, at least 2 GB RAM and good build quality which will be sturdy.
I have heard good reviews about Dell and HP. Have no idea about Samsung, Acer, Toshiba and Asus. Number of service centres in Bangalore would be a decisive factor is choice of brand. Battery life and less driver problems and component failures would be too.
Require honest unbiased opinions.

Please help me if you can.
