1) AFTER SALES SERVICE (MUMBAI)
2) GOOD BATTERY BACK UP // lot of traveling
3) STABLE , will be used by a total noob frnd of mine , hence the after sales service

Samsung laptops are not bad. I have 3 friends using them for almost an year now. No problems till date.

I hate HP laptops because of their heating issues though some other issues are also there.
These days the prices of dell laptops are quite high and we have got better options then them so they are also out from the list
