kung fu classes in South Bangalore

Are there any Kung-Fu classes in South bangalore jayanagar area. My intention of learning it is to improve my fitness.
How long does it take to learn it and use the technique as a good form of self-defence also? Any inputs helpful?

Can Kung-fu or Karate be learnt by someone who is past 30?

10000 hours on an average to get perfect at anything.

Age shouldn't be a barrier unless you not fit.
