hi
its a pretty good config for 35k,but i would suggest u get 1 gb ram cause u r going to use ur onboard video card which means that u will lose abt 128mb for the 3d card alone.so 1 gb will bw the best.as per the brand goes ,u'll have to ask the other guys,
and if i'm not mistaken i think the lg dual layer dvd writer is an all format writer so u could get an lg dvd writer.
the ups??????
i have absolutely no idea

Go in for 512 MB*2 RAM & Lite On DVD RW and this should fit in 35K or ur vendor taking u for a ride.

RAM could be fron Transcend or hynix (cheapest)

Plus wat do u plan to do with this rig, so we might be able to help u better

AMD user for 9 yrs!!
HD - Take 2*80 Gb n put them in raid you will get
increase in speed.
Ram - Kingston or Transend
Dvd Writer - Sony or Pioneer
UPS - APC (nothing else) Its the Best costs just 2.3k
Motherboard if possible go for Asus A8N

A8n doesnt have onboard video..so he'll hv to buy a graphics card.
i dont think it will fit in 35k.
but if u can expand..thats a good suggestion.go for a 6600gt..it shld b arnd 10k

Dont go for creative 2.1 speakers...

Go for Altec Lansing ATP3...will just cost you a few hundred bucks more but are certainly worth it...

socket 754 is now history. go for 939 and ur system will not get outdated for the next 2 years or so. u can upgrade to a dual core processor without changing the board with a simple bios update. try a8n-e as it is loaded with features - socket 939, pci-express, support for SATA 2 etc click here to get complete specs i think the cost of the board is around 8600

as for dvd writer go for sony......rock solid stability and excellent performance

instead of a single 120 gb hdd go in for 80 x 2 seagate sata and put them in raid 0

ups - go for nothing less than apc.....excellent performance and better after sales support

i hope this helped
