is my smps faulty

my pc cabinet is giving me electric shocks only the back panel is havng full current
i tested it with a tester and the light was on....that means either my smps is faulty or any other problem the wires are duly inserted in the parts....

are you plugging your PC to socket with 2 pin plug?

thats the biggest reason for shocks.

I too had this type of problem. I used to get shock on my cabinet's back panel and monitor's screen.
The problem is due to erathing. So, check it and re-earth.
