i hav installed my OS(Xp Sp2) so many times, but after few days of Installation i hav to face a prob.

=> the " Folder option " under the "TOOLS" tab is autamatically get disappeared, i havnt find any solution for dis and so i hav to do re-installation of d OS.

so guys can u help me on dis.. reply wud be appriciate.

Its 100% a virus! I hv seen so many members/friends facing the same problem.
Pls scan ur system with good anti-virus.

or if ur comfortable with the registry do this

start >> run >> type "regedit"

right click on explorer folder >> new >> DWord value and give it a name "NoFolderOptions" ... then double click on it and give the Value data a value of one and restart the system. do this preferably in windows safe mode

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer]
"NoFolderOptions"=dword:0000000

warning:back up the registry b4 making changes. incorrectly changing the registry can cause harm to ur system and may render it unbootable. exercise caution which making changes to the registry.
