Can anyone tell me if I can get a BSNL broadband connection in Ballarpur (where I live) from Chandrapur, or does it require to have the facility in Ballarpur elephone Exchange?

The people from my exchange tell that it will take another month to arrive(they have been saying this since 3 months). If anyone living in chandrapur can tell me if a connection from chandrapur exchange be available to Ballarpur?
