Is Asus Strix GTX 960 compatible with my mobo?

My mobo:Intel® Desktop Board DP55WB

The distance between card and backplate is quite big....
Here is a picture i found from tomshardware

so i am afraid the backplate will hit the ram sticks or the ram stick locks!
any idea anyone?

Your Processor would seriously bottle neck GTX 960. Its better to upgrade your config to the latest 4th Gen...

yes it will fit, there is no point in giving a PCI Express slot if it wont fit a GPU.. just worry about the bottleneck and/or whther your cabinet can accomodate the GPU or not

oh!!! that a relief!!! yes i am going to upgrade the cpu+mobo b4 diwali .
I think i dont have to change the cabinet right now.....using CM ellite 311 cabinet.
