I am interested to buy a player. Iam confused if I should go for a sony hatrick player or an Aplle Ipod. Cost is close. I am interested to know which one is easily usable in a car with only cassette player and speakers and how? Also that the hatrick player comes with an FM but not the Ipod. Which is better and y?

They both are not worth it. Go for a player by Creative or iRock. These players have much better features than the iPod and Sony players.
As for playing it in cars, the solution is very simple. All the above players or any portable media device for that matter, can easily be played on the car's audio system by using a car-kit.
