I have a EVDO connection in Ranchi, Jharkhand. The connection is on my dad's name.
Now I have shifted to bangalore, how can i register for the service here on my name.
I need to know:
1) process of getting it transferred to karnataka.
2) Documents I will need to register new connection with old device in bangalore

if roaming is reliable, should i just bring the device and start using it? Experienced users please advice.
