Broken In
I have windows 7 32 bit & windows 7 64 bit installations. Both os were installed on the same day long time ago.
I always use the 32 bit one, untill yesterday,when its internet speed suddenly got very low, bordering 1to 2 kbbs,rendering it useless.
But i am using the 64 bit right now on which i get the normal speed.
I know u may say that some background pgm might be downloading something, but i checked everything. i hav a gadget that tells the total current net teaffic speed, and it is very low. i am not able to do nything.
I have tried, restoring, repairing, restarting the router, reebooting, checked with avast , all drivers up to date.
What do i do?

4gb ddr3
sapphire radeon hd 5850
1tb seagate
