Internet results -- program to do it offline

I had query regarding Internet.
I want a program / example / theoritical approach regarding,
Examination results are flashed in Internet, but you have to be online everytime for every number. What I am need from you a program / example / theoritical approach, that program have a input file, in that file we give all the numbers to get results. And We already creates one output file that having the Field names of subjects etc., which way the result flashes. What this program is to do is read the first number and give it to the results server and store the result in the output file which we have created already, online, without the intervention of the user. So we can view the results in offline also, I am waiting for this program from Ten (10) years. I am having little bit of knowledge of VB. But I don't know how to give that number to that results page and how to store that flashed result to the page. I am very very much grateful to you. If you give me the example / way to do it. Thanks

Although I dont know much about this,
I strongly feel that it can be done by modifying the source code of the page.(May be multiple replications)

After you done with that,put codes in page frames and this might help you!

But you cannot get it offline anyways unless you have downloaded all the databse entries earlier.

u can do this by using a site grabber(or a html spider).... it ll dload all the pages and its subsequent links ao u can view it offline later.....

^^ Nope that wont work.. All the pages are created dynamically..
