Internet connection

hi friends..
I want a solution for geting connected to internet through LAN connection.
My ISP has provided a software to access the internet called cyberoam client foe 24hr online. In it whenever i try to login it says bad server configuration...
What can i do next to get connected....

I would say its Better to contact your ISP for the problem

he does not respond as in anoter laptop it works fine
