1)why bios version is "unknown" in gpuz?
2)why memory size is shown as 0 MB?
3)why open cl is not enabled(i think intel hd 4000 support open cl)?
any solution to solve this particular problem?

have tried what is said above^ ?

and you have hd 7770,so why you want hd 4000

i wanted to use quick sync. Actually my monitor is connected to graphic card. Earlier i tried to uninstall ati driver from drive sweeper to install intel driver, but unfortunately 'windows ran into a problem' and i could not load windows 8. I needed to reformat it again to get it working. So i am reluctant to install intel hd driver after uninstalling ati driver although i can install intel hd driver after installing ati driver but that doesnt solve my problem.

^^ how? No display on monitor. It is entering into power saving mode.

Remove the cmos battery and keep it as it for 15 minutes. Insert the battery and the bios will probably be reset. If that does not work, download the bios recovery file and put it in an empty usb drive and recover the bios.

oh finally i got it working. The second method might have kicked in although i couldnt see anything about bios recovery on my monitor. The mistake i have done was that i didnt put jumper in recovery mode instead i put it in normal mode. That is the reason i didnt get that working . Thank you so much for your help.

You'r driver problem isn't solved yet. One more thing, to use Lucid Virtue you need to plug in the monitor to the motherboard's display connector and not with graphic card's.
