Seems like the two giants of the x86 processor arena are going to lock horns again. This time Intel is suing AMD and is even threatning to end their x86 processor license agreement.. this whole scenario started when AMD founded their Global Foundries division

I think that Intel is taking wrong path here.. AMD has the license of x86_64 instruction superset which it licensed to Intel as their EM64T.. Intel is going to get in trouble if AMD decides to think about it..
After all the 64-bit technology is what matters most now on x86 architecure.. IBM might get some advantage from here.. Their Cell Processor™ is doing wonders.. if they've a license of x86 architecture then all hell will break loose.. NVIDIA, we're waiting for your move too!!
