input mouse lag with new monitor and graphics card

Hi All

I purchased an ATI Radeon HD7770 and a samsung 23inch LED monitor (S23B370) and I am using it at a resolution of 1920x1080 @60Hz via hdmi. I am facing input lag with mouse , mouse movement seems sluggish in desktop sometimes but more when playing games. I am getting good frame rates, Fable III was giving ~50fps but still i was seeing mouse lags. This is persisting in older games such as warcraft III also. So I am sure its not due to graphics card , but some setting in catalyst related to monitor or something in monitor.

I have replaced mouse batteries also but lag is still there.

please give me some suggestions to resolve this.

System specs :
CPU : E6750
RAM : 4GB DDR2
GPU : HD7770
Screen : Samsung 23inch S23B370

what mouse are you using?? try reinstalling mouse drivers..

its because the mouse has a lesser dpi than that of your display
>you feel the lag because your previous display was of a lesser resolution [I assume]


fix: get a gaming mouse with minimum dpi 2000
>fix2: get used to it till the lag becomes a part of your daily computing

its logitech M505 ,its 1000dpi.
