according to the official LG ICC Rankings India is placed at 6th ahead of England, West Indies and Bangladesh.

and even if India loses all its matches against Bangladesh in the upcoming tournament it will still be at no 7. way ahead of bangladesh.

Forget hockey and football. The are even worse than cricket. But other sports such as tennis and chess are really doing well.
