Here is a simple tutorial of how to get an image in the text. Now KoolBluez has done something in that line, by including the fire in the text n' all, but this is a short and sweet method. Not a fancy tutorial, but comes in handy.
step 1:
Open your image in Photoshop.
Step 2: Take you text tool and type in whatever. Use a font which has a slight thickness, which I think helps in keeping with the image-in-text theme.

Step 3:
Now, Ctrl+click on the text layer in the layers pallette. It will be the layer named after the first few characters of your text. This will select the text.
Step 4:
Now click or select the image layer in your layers pallette. If you opened a jpeg file or something, it will be called background.
step 5:
Press ctrl+shift+i to invert the selection. and then press the delete key. This will delete all except the text.

Step 6:
Drag the text layer into the the little button at the lower right corner of the layers pallette. That is the delete layers icon. OR right click the text layer and click delete layer.
Voila!

Part II: Giving a Border to the text...
Alright, you don't want to just have text with the image in there, then have the image with a bordered text. Use this simple, yet effective tutorial to get the text with just the border.
Follow the earlier steps till Step 3...
Step 4:
Go to Select>Modify>Contract. Use a setting appropriate to the font size. Usually, a value of 3-5 should work. depends on the thickness of the border that you want..
Step 5:
Right-Click on the Text in the text layer in the layers pallette and select "rasterize layer".
