Right off the assembly line
I'm planning to buy a laptop and confused with numerous models. Please help me in choosing the right one.
Budget: Max Rs.22000(22k)
* What are the primary tasks will you be performing with this notebook?
- Watching HD Movies(BRrips,DVDrips,720p videos), Surfing, Little programming(Netbeans IDE)
* Will you be taking the notebook with you to different places, leaving it on your desk or both?
-Both(Only once or twice in a month)
* How many hours of battery life do you need?
- The more, the better(Minimum of 3 hours is required)
* What OS do you prefer?
- Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit. Sometimes I will dual boot with Linux.
* Optical Drive?(important)
- DVD RW is important and must have.
* Screen Size?
- Small, the better(14 Inch). However I don't mind even if it is 15 inch.
* Hard Disk Capacity?
- Minimum 320 GB. But 500 GB is recommended.
The purchase is going to be the first laptop in my life. I would like to have the best cost-efficient one(good features at low price). I am also planning to extend the warranty.
