1. Backup the DB incase i screw something up
2. Install the Old Theme back
3. Install new Smileys
4. Install VB Mods so that it makes BOTS difficult to signup. Something like

• What is 9+1 during signup

• Disable Posting of links for members less than 5 posts. Reduce SPAM again

5. Enable Pics in Signatures but leave a option of Lite surf for Dial up users
