icon sets.... how to open them

i downloaded vista icons from crystalxp.net but the extension of the file is .ip .... Now how to open up the icons.. i m fimiliar with .icl and .ico but not this one.. if u know the troubleshoot.. help me... thnk u

U need a iconpackager to use this icon. Icon packager is a program which help u to change all type of icons within very few mouse clicks. Collect it frm here...
