I keep getting this error when the PC starts

Whenever I start my PC I get this error, what could be the problem here?

image attachment is not working so upload the image some where else

The attachment works now.

according to me its a "disturbed settings" issue.
try logging onto safe mode and eventually create a new account to see ifmthe error persists.
