Hi,
Try this. Go to Start > Run and type cmd and press Enter key. Here at the Command Prompt, type chkntfs /d and press Enter key. Then restart the system. Windows should start checking ALL the disk drives at the restart. Allow it to complete the process. If it finds any error, it will fix them.

Note: chkntfs works in both FAT32 and NTFS file systems. There is a SPACE between chkntfs and /

Hi,
Try this. Go to Command Prompt and type chkntfs /x C: and press Enter key. Restart the system and check whether the chkdsk appears or not. It should not appear now.
