When I tried to start my PC, the system is running but very shortly and
then turn it off without booting. Need several times to switch it on.
Sometimes, the power is o.k. but need to press restart button to boot. What's the reason? Is it SMPS problem or because of my Motherboard (which is a product of Gigabite, 8VM533M-RZ Series), or else? Please tell me....what can I do?

1st. - Check for any loose connection (specially SMPS socket to Mobo), RAM Slot.

2nd. - Try a new SMPS.
