well I think OP is looking mainly for multimedia pc and just mild gaming so gpu can be excluded from the config for time being and he can add up that money for proccy, mobo and ram.

I know OP had asked for gpu also but just a suggestion

if you want to wait for gpu
i would suggest you get FSP saga II 400w@2k or500w@2.4k(someone at "latest purchase" posted the price)
so that you can go for a gpu more powerful than HD5670 if you raise enough money

i will say you are probably better off waiting 2-3 months before purchasing the gpu
game on the igp for the time being
