HP USB drive not detected by my laptop and desktop

I have 3 pen drives , Scandisk....Kingston and this HP one.............The only difference is that the HP is a "flash" drive......

I have win7 on desktop and xp on laptop and on both except the HP one all work........

dunno.......what to do?

They are basically same. Check with another PC if possible if the HP drive works ? If not I think you might have bought it with manufacturing defect and should be eligible for replacement
