HP P4 1.5Ghz Laptop 4 in sale, need sc market price,and a doubt too....

hi all,

well someone is to sell his 8months old HP P4 1.5ghz, 256mb Ram, 60gb HDD, dvc(cd r/w). how much i can offer him?

also, some of my friends told to me that, in laptops, P4 is not suitable, coz, its (processor) gets much hot faster. and P4 is flop on Laptops. hw much its true? and Y?
