How to Unlock my 3G dongle ?

Be more specific & this varies from model to model not to mention a small risk of bricking your dongle if done incorrectly & without some research.

huawei,huawei HSDPA unlock,huawei unlock for free,unlock huawei free,unlock huawei modems,guide to unlock huawei,unloking hspa modems

there is always a chance of failure so don't try further if unsuccessful after 2-3 attempts of entering the unlock code.

this should work fine for e1732. i myself had done it.
Unlock Huawei e1732 idea net setter modem (Free Permanent solution)
