How to switch 1 user to other user without logoff?

Hai ! Everybody,

I have Windows XP Prof. with 256 RAM.
And 3 different user in 1 machine.
So, I want to switch to other user without logoff of my system.
If possible please suggest some Tricks & Tips to solve my problem.

Press Windows Key + L

Go to user accounts> Here click on CHANGE THE WAY USERS LOG ON OR OFF.Here check box next to USE FAST USER SWITCHING.

To switch user without logging out the logged one, click on Log Off in start menu and click on switch user

Can I use the 2 user simultaneously ?

^^Two users can stay logged in at same times. But only one can be active at a time

Terminal service has to be activated for that reason where 2 or more user may access the desktop via remote access and simultaneosly...

How ever u cant actually work on more than one user on same desktop u need to have single desktop or terminal console (computer) for each user..
