How to STORE or Import Poppeeper EMD files into Outlook Exp.

Hello friends,
I have recently downloaded a huge number of mails from my Lycos account in my local PC due to backup purpose, and i need them to save as is in some way or at least import them in Outlook Express or any e-mail client for archieval.

i found the mails have been stored in the HD as EMD file ext, not as .pst or .dbx extension as is usually done in Outlook eXPRESS, so do anyone of you know, how to how to extract them and store them in a best way possible ??

Pop Peeper is the best software in its field , i feel,because of its support to access so many popular web mail at a time simultaneously,but the most disgusting thing is its mail cannot be transferred to OE or any other e-mail clients easily.

if, anybody, knows how to connect it effectively with e-mail clients, please come forward.
i also, want to know how many of you are aware of the great advantage of using this particular software
