how to remove instant access dialer

Dear sir,
I am in great problem please help me, I am running my computer on p4 2.4, 512 mb ddr ram, an ati radeon 9600se graphic card. I have two 40 gb hard disks ,I have installed winxp and win98 on different hard disks. I use Norton antivirus 2004, super ad blocker , Microsoft antispyware beta 1, spyware doctor (paid edition) . MY PROBLEM IS whenever I connect to internet through vsnl connection I get pop up adds from (egroup dialer dialer) & instant access dailer, I have removed it hundred times but again after connecting internet I get popups of game and fun , nothing works please help me to stop it . Whenever I start my computer it says smsse.exe is missing . I have searched my entire computer but did not find any file related to it, please help me removing both of these nuisance.

Download HijackThis from here

Run HJT, save the log file and post it back here so we can fix your problem once and for all.

As for the 'smss.exe' problem, click Start>Run and type in regedit. In the Registry Editor that opens, on the left, navigate to :

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

and

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

and see on the right hand side if there is any reference to the smss.exe file. If there is, right click that key alone and delete it. Check the screenshot below for an example, if you get confused.

Do this and you wont see the 'smss.exe' file-not-found error at startup. Also, remember to post your HJT log file here.

Also, download WebRoot SpySweeper Trial and AdAware and do a FULL system scan usigng it.
After this run HijackThis and post the log file.

After u r finished with the above solutions, U need 2 install "Spybot Search and Destroy" on ur machine 2 protect it from such threats in the future !
