how to recover word2000 password?

I have some Microsoft offic word2000 files of which i have forget password
is there any free tools software or way i can retrieve those password
please help

i checked the link
average days ro deprypt password is 10 days
that means at earliest i have to wait 10 days to get the password back (that does sound sensible)

what it actually means

any way i tried googling as well ,must of them are commercial soft and the so called freeware doesnt work
some of software were detected as trojan by AV
so i posted it herer
but still aren't there any body who hav eused this kind of software
