How to manage distance(pixels) between two icons on desktop (horizontally)?

rt click on desktop>appearance>advanced>item>icon spacing horizontal/vertical

Right click on blank area of Desktop->Properties-Appearance->Advanced->Item->from there select Icon spacing(Horizontal) and Icon Spacing (Vertical) to adjust ur icon spacing as needed by you.

Note
After changing the spacing if there is no change in the spacing of ur icon on the desktop simply restart the pc to make them effective
