How to install fan in 8400GS.

Doing It In A Better Way
I am having Zotac 8400 GS.Its temp is 68-70 C without playing any game just but surfing n downloading.

Is there any way to put a fan on my card.

If you are not having any performance issues like choppy videos and sudden resolution changes dont sweat it, gpu's generally run hot

It might be possible to attach a fan.
There are 2 ways:

1. Just attach fan on the existing heatsink by means of glue

2. get a new heat sink & fan assembly frm the second hand market,and attach it after applying TIM.

In both cases,the fan connector should b taken care of.

imho,u really dont need a fan...temps look fine

what about putting a fan on the side panel of the cabinet facing the GPU if the cabby has the option to? BTW which cabby you have?
