Not much to do... but I tried Video Enhancer & Enhance Movie. Both do a pretty ok job.
Try these sw.. they r not free though...
The best I came across...
The prob being that AI cannot replace real intelligence.. so a computer cannot guess right the pixels to b added & where to b added, it just interpolates an estimation & makes. Also any glitches also might b enhanced then.. like squared pixels...
