How to deny user in XP to view and modify TCP/IP setting

Hello friends........
I want to disable/deny a certain user to access and modify TCP/IP setting of LAN card.I am using windows XP professional SP2. Is this possible??

Did you try gpedit.msc?

Search for many options in the 'User Configuration' Tree.

OK...done ...using group policy.
My probelm is solved now....Thanks @[xubz]

Actually I was searching for any registry tweak.
