How to create RMA for APC back UPS RS600 , last year I purchased APC back UPS RS600 but now its seems to be not charging and don't give back up at all , goes down in just 1-2 minutes earlier it used to give backup for atleast 15-20 mins ....at APC website ,iam not able to create RMA , how to do it ... Iam from delhi

I think you need to email them; try chat support too (wasn't working a few days back though).

Now it seems many people have problems with APC
But their service is good, quality of battery is always refurbished / repaired and will not work after a month or two...
