How to copy from a Encrypted data DVD (NOT a movie DVD)

Recently I got a dvd - animated dictionary from my bro, who is gifted it.

now the problem is on My Computer it shows 1.28GB
but on opening/exploring i can see :

4 files and 1 folder - 2.6MB only. I can not copy the folder. Even I can not open it by double click. Right click is not working on it. And hovering mouse shows empty folder.

Note it is not a movie dvd, so common dvd decrypter is not working here. Please help to copy the contents from this disc.

right click not working? There probably should be an exe to get the dvd to run.

Else make a .iso of the DVD and then access directly from HDD. If you are not sure how to make an ISO read this How to Create and Mount an ISO Disc Image | PCWorld

Some company made it right?

if so then there should be a customer care system if there is mail them siting the issue

as thetechfreak said these type of dvds have some executable file. check if any help file or manual is available
