how to connect to GPRS through Samsung C 100 mobile phone. plz give step by step prcedure as Im doing it 1st time & moreover can any1 tell me how much a samsung data cable costs in Raipur..(Approx) thank you for ur replies....

I have a AIrtel Post Paid connection & they Offer GPRS Internet Service Called Mobile Office For a rental of Rs. 299/-. i have activated the services but dont know how to connect to it via my PC.my question was that. can any1 throw light on it.

well since u are using a c100 samsung phone,, u need a software to connect to internet.. the software is Esy GPRS from samsung.. it is about 40MB+ in size... u can connect it with infrared,,, you may also connect it with a adata cable -- but i have never connected with a data cable..... but it does connect by a data cable....

cant say about the cost of the data cable ---may be about less than 500..

the infra red costs about 300+ and i get a speed of 38kbps(4 KB to 5KB) download and sometimes even 7KB -9 KB download...

i dont know ehere to get easy gprs as i got it in the infra red CD pack.. but yeah here is a link for samsung internet access from samsung mobile -- it will work as it is also from samsun mobile it is about 23 MB+
