How to configure Zone Alarm for Bittorrent

I was just starting up with Bittorrent and I read somewhere
that it has got some feature called Load balancing or something
like that which controls the speed at which the d/l takes place.
I also read that ZoneAlarm blocks the ports used by bittorrent
for sharing like 6881-6889 so the actual d/l speed is very low

Guys I need your help to config my ZoneAlarm Security Suite to
allow these ports

In ZoneAlarm-----> Go to Firewall------>Then select the Expert tab, you can add the port number and everything else you want....for more details see the help file.
